Donor Relations Manager

This position supports the American National Red Cross by driving major gift fundraising and deepening donor relationships within the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast Region. This role exists to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level. The manager builds a robust donor pipeline and develops engagement strategies to mobilize philanthropic support, particularly during critical disaster response efforts.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan.
• Lead the identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors capable of giving $5,000 or more annually.
• Mobilize donors quickly and effectively during disaster relief efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce to support effective prospecting and stewardship.
