What you'll do

• Lead and coach staff across front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and food service
• participate in staff and operations meetings
• review financial reports and performance against budget
• manage wages and controllable expenses
• support hiring, training, performance feedback, and discipline
• monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues
• maintain property condition, safety, security, and franchise standards
• oversee the site in the General Manager’s absence.
