What you'll do

• Work with machine operators and maintenance to maintain and improve processing equipment OEE.
• Lead or support machine improvements for cost and quality projects.
• Lead process optimization, root cause analysis, and capacity increases.
• Facilitate projects and teach shop floor teams in lean strategies.
• Provide day-to-day support to the dishrack department, engineering team, and operations leadership.
• Provide project management for implementing improvements to new and existing equipment.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

2 years of experience as an Engineering Tech, or a 2 or 4 year skilled trade certification
