What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, hallways, community rooms, laundry facilities, kitchens, and vacant units
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, and remove waste. Follow safety procedures for chemicals and equipment, report hazards and maintenance issues, remove snow and ice, maintain grounds, update snow-removal logs, and assist with event setup and breakdown.
