What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, robotics, CNC, and automation failures
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
• perform calibration and repairs
• analyze equipment and production data
• troubleshoot PLC logic, CNC controls, robot programs, and safety systems
• document procedures and mentor technicians
• recommend equipment improvements
• collaborate with technical teams and suppliers
• support installation, commissioning, qualification, and ramp-up.
