Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect gym facilities and perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fitness equipment
• oversee pool maintenance and chemical balancing
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• coordinate specialized vendor repairs
• maintain activity records
• assist with preventive maintenance planning and code compliance.
