What you'll do

• Provide break/fix IT support
• analyze shipboard enterprise LAN issues and determine resolutions
• perform root-cause analysis and recommend permanent configuration changes when needed
• coordinate troubleshooting and integration with external partners
• provide server break/fix and remote support for server, network, desktop, and peripheral equipment
• advise U.S. Navy customers on maintaining afloat networks and components
• participate in technical meetings, progress reporting, briefs, presentations, product teams, and engineering/design reviews.
