What you'll do

• Train and coach team members on guest expectations, job requirements, food quality, service, and safety
• coordinate floor coverage and monitor compliance with restaurant standards
• help with order taking and cashiering during busy periods
• address guest concerns
• monitor order accuracy and food presentation
• complete the food safety checklist
• support cleanliness and cash handling.
