Lead Production Technician

The Lead Production Technician role is onsite in Hammonton, NJ. Compensation is $21.25 per hour. The technician leads daily filling and packaging operations for cannabis products, supporting product integrity, productivity, regulatory compliance, and safety. The role also trains team members, monitors production performance, and coordinates with other departments to align output with demand and schedules.

What you'll do

• Lead packaging technicians in filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling
• oversee lab product filling and packaging for regulatory compliance
• manage inventory and records
• perform and guide product weighing, counting, sealing, and batch labeling
• track productivity
• train and mentor team members
• troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• follow state labeling and seed-to-sale tracking requirements
• support 5S and waste reduction
• maintain safety and sanitation
• coordinate production with cross-functional teams.
