Patient Access Liaison

The Patient Access Liaison is a full-time, field-based role in the Cincinnati or Dayton, OH area, with a salary of $180,000–$200,000 per year. Compass Pathways is developing investigational treatments for mental health conditions, including treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

What you'll do

• Support site REMS certification and patient enrollment
• help sites prepare for treatment access and delivery
• educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• help resolve case-level access barriers through approved pathways
• coordinate treatment logistics
• maintain compliant CRM documentation and account plans
• share field insights while maintaining non-promotional role boundaries.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and at least three years of field reimbursement, patient access, or case management experience. Travel within the assigned geography is estimated at 50% or more; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
