What you'll do

• Assist the Chief Engineer with maintenance planning and execution
• inspect hotel facilities and equipment
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• respond to guest and staff repair requests
• maintain repair and equipment records
• support code compliance, energy conservation, and cost-saving initiatives
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• guide and train maintenance employees.
