• Oversee strategic planning and plant operations across processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics or fulfillment
• coordinate facility activities with departmental managers
• partner on budgeting and analyze operational data
• develop business reporting
• support company culture and policies
• improve employee skills and morale
• maintain preventative maintenance programs
• ensure compliance with licensing and billing requirements
• respond to emergencies as required.
