What you'll do

• Run opening or closing shifts, set the pace, and delegate tasks
• model service and coach new hires
• resolve guest issues
• balance drawers, check petty cash, and complete nightly deposits
• receive deliveries and track stock
• maintain the lobby, kitchen, and patio
• complete checklists and temperature logs
• manage breaks
• and assist with interviews, performance check-ins, and coaching.
