Intervention Specialist

The Intervention Specialist is an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH. The salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This role supports the special education team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. This role exists to lead the instructional process for students in grades K-12 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), designing personalized learning experiences to meet diverse educational needs.

• Creating an inclusive, collaborative environment.

• Implementing PBIS strategies.
• Tracking and documenting student progress.
• Delivering differentiated and targeted instruction.
• Adapting curricular content to diverse learning styles.
• Managing student caseloads and IEPs.
• Preparing daily lesson plans.
