The Corporate Attorney – Mergers and Acquisitions role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with a salary range of $275,000–$300,000 per year. The attorney supports the corporate business unit of an AmLaw 200 law firm. The attorney prepares and negotiates corporate and transactional documents and represents clients in business transaction negotiations. The work supports clients’ entity, governance, supply, purchase, compliance, and merger and acquisition matters.

What you'll do

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation, governance and operating documents, supply and purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations of business transactions.

Why this role
