What you'll do

  • Observe construction activities and document progress, deliveries, and deficiencies
  • review submittals, RFIs, schedules, payrolls, payment requests, and as-built drawings
  • verify work and materials against contract specifications
  • monitor quality and safety
  • coordinate inspections and meetings
  • support schedule analysis, cost estimating, contract administration, and project records
  • communicate project status and technical issues to Government representatives without directing the contractor.
