The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Fort Atkinson, WI. Compensation is $16.50–$19 per hour. Encompass Care provides home-based support to children who need personalized care, including children with complex needs. The caregiver assists clients with daily activities, medication reminders, meals, mobility, and companionship. The role monitors and documents client well-being, maintains a safe environment, and coordinates with healthcare professionals to support care plans.
