What you'll do

• Assess and plan residents’ nutritional care
• maintain accurate and timely clinical nutrition documentation
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and resident conferences
• involve residents and families in care goals
• coordinate regular and therapeutic menus with the Food Service Director or Manager
• monitor food quality, temperatures, and meal distribution
• assist with diet orders, food-service inspections, surveys, purchasing, and staff training.
