Automotive Prepper, Day Shift

Job overview

Compensation is $0 per year. The Automotive Prepper role is onsite at the Belton, MO facility, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. plus overtime. Carvana prepares and inspects used vehicles at reconditioning centers before they are offered to customers. The prepper prepares vehicles for paint and body work, helping ensure cars are ready for repair and reconditioning. The work includes surface preparation and masking tasks in a production environment, with mandatory overtime possible based on business needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare vehicles for paint and body work through sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging or teardown, and buffing
• use safety equipment as required
• work in a fast-paced production environment and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
