What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a developmentally appropriate classroom
• promote students’ emotional and social growth
• plan and implement individualized programs of study
• create a learning-conducive classroom
• guide learning toward curriculum goals
• set and communicate lesson objectives
• support district instructional approaches
• assist with selecting instructional materials
• maintain cooperative relationships
• perform tasks assigned by the principal.
