The Bartender role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $7.50 per hour. Jekyll & Hyde operates an elevated Mexican-Latin restaurant and an underground USDA Prime steakhouse under one roof. The bartender prepares beverages and provides polished bar and dining service, helping guests navigate drink and food selections while supporting accurate, timely service. The role also maintains bar readiness, follows responsible alcohol-service practices, and coordinates with restaurant colleagues during service.

What you'll do

• Welcome and serve bar guests
• prepare cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages to established recipes
• advise guests on beverage and food selections
• enter orders in the POS
• communicate allergies and special requests
• prepare ingredients
• maintain a clean, stocked bar
• monitor inventory
• process payments
• check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service laws
• coordinate with restaurant staff
• complete opening, running, and closing duties.
