What you'll do

• Maintain curb appeal
• complete and assist with resident work orders
• conduct unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning
• assist neighboring properties with maintenance
• pick up supplies from area vendors
• report health and safety concerns
• participate in required training
• be available for after-hours on-call work.
