What you'll do

• Manage relationships with assigned customers
• receive and enter freight orders through phone, email, fax, or EDI
• solicit freight for available capacity
• coordinate schedule changes with customers and terminal personnel
• work with planners and drivers to meet customer requirements
• track loads and service concerns
• coordinate customer and shipment details with other departments
• ensure accurate order updates
• and document service issues.
