What you'll do

• Support infants and toddlers in classroom activities
• help children use resources and explore through learning and play using the Montessori method
• establish and enforce classroom rules and behavioral boundaries
• care for the classroom environment and complete related chores
• observe children and communicate respectfully with children, families, and staff
• and remain physically present and engaged with children.
