Working with the Site Coordinator, this site leader helps manage daily program operations, support staff, maintain compliance and grant-related documentation, and serve as a contact for students, families, school personnel, and staff. The role helps sustain a safe, organized learning environment and meet program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily Expanded Learning program operations
• support staff supervision, hiring activities, training, and development
• organize academic, recreation, and enrichment schedules
• participate in program events and field trips
• communicate with students, families, school personnel, and staff
• recruit students
• facilitate classes or clubs when needed
• monitor policies and safety
• maintain attendance, enrollment, timesheet, and other program records
• attend required trainings and off-site meetings.

Why this role
