- Coordinate resident Assessment Care Plans and Minimum Data Set assessments
- complete assessments and care-plan updates accurately and on time

- maintain resident records
- participate in quality improvement and assurance
- train staff on MDS assessment and care planning
- monitor and report outcomes and quality indicators.
