What you'll do

• Lead creative output across assigned social accounts and formats
• mentor and develop social creatives
• partner with business, account, and client-side creative leads
• lead social creative strategy and present concepts for new business
• provide senior client-facing creative counsel
• build social toolkits, templates, and systems
• track platform trends and translate insights into recommendations
• oversee resourcing, hiring, onboarding, utilization, and performance development
• establish processes for high-volume asset delivery.
