What you'll do

• Coordinate donor referral information and logistics, route referrals, document medical screening, evaluate potential donor suitability using medical records and health information, request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, and collaborate with hospital personnel and clinical teams to support donation options and activate appropriate team members.
• Participate in training, quality activities, and process improvement.
