Communications Support/Computer Technician

The Communications Support/Computer Technician is an onsite role based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $90,000. This position supports the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (MRICD) by providing technical support for communications and computer systems. The role is responsible for installing and maintaining telephone lines, emergency radios, and network equipment. The technician diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, manages help desk tickets, and ensures the operational readiness of classified and unclassified systems.

• Install and maintain phone lines and emergency radios, troubleshoot network and computer hardware, manage help desk tickets, perform system configurations, and escalate complex technical issues.
