Community Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily community operations and property upkeep
• manage leasing performance, occupancy, and renewals
• prepare and monitor the operating budget and financial reports
• handle resident relations and service requests
• hire, train, and supervise the on-site team
• coordinate vendors, maintenance, unit turns, and capital projects
• inspect the property
• maintain fair housing and regulatory compliance.
