The Senior Advisor Group Intelligence Analyst role is onsite in Quantico, VA. Pay is $85,000–$122,000 per year. The position supports the Marine Air Ground Task Force Staff Training Program, whose mission is to train and educate Marine expeditionary force and brigade command elements for operations in joint, combined, or coalition environments. The analyst observes and assesses MAGTF organizations and processes, identifies friction points, and develops improvement recommendations and procedures. The role also supports operational-level instruction and training and documents findings in after-action and exercise evaluation reports.

What you'll do

• Provide functional expertise to assess MAGTF organizations and processes
• review operation orders and procedures
• identify friction points and recommend improvements
• plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver operational-level instruction, training, and education
• support senior-leader seminars and service schools
• observe and analyze exercises
• and prepare after-action and final exercise evaluation reports.
