What you'll do

• Open, scan, and index collateral insurance mail
• index client tax returns and update Salesforce case records
• process and route correspondence
• maintain tracking systems
• process loan and lease payoff requests and address changes
• resend annual and tax statements
• schedule client tax appointments
• and register clients for events.
