The Cash Management Business Analyst (Associate) is an onsite role based in New York, NY. The anticipated salary range is $80,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year. This role supports the Cash Management/Transaction Banking group within Corporate Banking. The role exists to perform analysis of current system functionality, identify customer pain points, and understand platform data to gather business requirements for future development of application capabilities. It contributes to the team by partnering with cross-functional agile teams to translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements.

What you'll do

  • Partners within cross-functional agile teams with product owners, software developers, and UI/UX designers.
  • Performs analysis and design around business requirements and specifications.
  • Translates client and business needs into user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conducts industry analysis and competitive research.
