What you'll do

• Coordinate workflow and priorities in assigned work areas
• serve as a subject-matter expert on Distribution Center processes, equipment, and safety
• train, coach, and mentor team members
• provide real-time guidance
• monitor workflow and escalate issues
• conduct daily safety checks and equipment inspections
• support outlet and warehouse opening and closing
• assist customers and coordinate logistics
• support shift continuity in the Assistant Site Manager’s absence.
