What you'll do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• partner with hiring managers on requirements, strategies, timelines, and feedback
• source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• maintain candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system
• develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• provide hiring managers with updates on pipelines, market conditions, and hiring challenges
• monitor recruiting metrics
• improve standardized processes, templates, and best practices
• use recruiting technology and AI tools appropriately while maintaining human judgment and candidate experience
• support recruiting projects and initiatives.
