What you'll do

• Ensure program goals are implemented by Habilitation Specialists
• follow treatment plans and behavior plans
• provide hands-on supervision and support to people with autism
• maintain personal allowance accounts
• schedule residential staff
• coordinate shopping, meals, recreation, and medical appointments
• maintain required certifications
• transport residents in agency vehicles as needed
• protect confidentiality and residents’ health, safety, and welfare.
