What you'll do

• Work collaboratively and independently with producers to service assigned accounts and new business, focusing on client retention
• process audits and reconciliations, policy changes, certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance, and mod projections
• manage renewals from start to finish
• prepare client proposals and invoices
• oversee functions performed by Account Managers and Account Associates as required
• work on new business accounts with or without marketing staff assistance.
