What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite lead and primary field representative for retail projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenant coordinators, site managers, and inspectors.
• Direct and schedule subcontractors daily.
• Maintain and update project schedules from the field.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor all field work to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and brand standards.
• Complete daily reports, photos, manpower logs, and delivery logs.
• Coordinate deliveries, storage, and staging of materials.
• Lead onsite closeout, punch lists, and inspections.
