What you'll do

• Advise and negotiate on strategic customer and supplier agreements, commercial deal strategy, pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery obligations, liability, indemnities, and remedies.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend alternatives.
• Review customer solicitations, support government contracting negotiations, manage employment matters and litigation, coordinate with outside counsel, lead legal compliance projects, develop training, and maintain standard contracts and business documents.

Why this role
