What you'll do

• Manage an assigned service route
• diagnose and repair major household appliances
• perform preventive maintenance and warranty service
• determine parts and provide repair estimates
• explain problems and recommendations to customers
• verify operation after repairs
• maintain service records and inventory
• keep the company service truck organized
• participate in training
• help develop apprentices when assigned.
