The Qualified Mental Health Professional role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with stated pay of $20–$30 per hour. Serenity Counseling Services of Virginia provides client-centered mental health care to the Richmond community. The QMHP provides direct therapeutic and crisis services, develops individualized plans under LMHP supervision, and monitors client progress. The role coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources, maintains clinical documentation, and facilitates individual or group sessions using evidence-based practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under LMHP supervision
• provide direct therapeutic services and crisis intervention
• monitor and document client progress and update care plans as clinically appropriate
• coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community resources
• maintain clinical documentation
• facilitate individual and/or group sessions using evidence-based practices
• participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development.
