What you'll do

• Supervise service technicians by delegating work, reviewing service requests, and providing training
• prioritize and troubleshoot resident requests
• prepare vacant units to company standards
• maintain applicable pool, spa, fitness, and laundry equipment
• review vendor and contractor bids and schedule work
• track inventory, order supplies, code bills, and manage the budget
• inspect property grounds, buildings, vacant apartments, and fire alarms
• work with the Property Manager on capital improvements. On-call duties may be required per company policy.
