Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and managers
• coach managers on employee communication, performance, and day-to-day people matters
• support employee lifecycle decisions
• conduct or support workplace investigations
• guide corrective action and separation processes
• support talent and workforce planning
• promote employment compliance
• manage unemployment claim processes
• maintain confidential documentation
• review workforce metrics and support HR programs and process improvements.
