This role is crucial for fostering the academic, emotional, and social development of students by creating a structured, family-like environment within on-campus student homes. The house parents will provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of students.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth. High school diploma or GED required.
