What you'll do

• Greet customers, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and document service concerns
• use Digital Vehicle Inspections to explain recommendations
• prepare estimates, source parts, and obtain authorizations
• coordinate work orders with technicians
• close repair orders, process payments, and address customer concerns.
