Assistant Site Producer

The Assistant Site Producer role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with pay of $30–$35 per hour. The position supports day-to-day operations at the Bronco Off-Roadeo Las Vegas site and its guest experience. Working with the Site Producer, this role helps coordinate staffing, guest schedules, site readiness, and special events while providing hands-on facilities maintenance. What you'll do

• Support daily operations and leadership across departments
• maintain working knowledge of functional areas
• assist with training and onboarding
• cover department leads as needed
• coordinate staffing plans and guest scheduling with the Site Producer
• inspect the site for safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• support special-event planning and execution
• assist with reporting and performance metrics
• follow company procedures and safety and environmental policies
• troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment issues
• perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders.

Why this role

At least two years of general maintenance experience required. Weekend work is expected. Preferred experience includes off-road driving, telehandlers, scissor lifts, skid steers, and water systems.
