What you'll do
- Oversee daily batch plant operations and production flow
- supervise drivers, equipment operators, and plant personnel
- coordinate production schedules with dispatch
- maintain material inventories
- inspect and maintain plant equipment
- follow safety and environmental requirements
- collect samples and perform quality tests
- complete reports and inspections
- respond to customer and internal concerns.
