What you'll do

• Coordinate proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and interview materials
• maintain employee resumes, project descriptions, photography, and marketing collateral
• support RFP and RFQ responses
• update website, social media, newsletters, and internal communications
• maintain client and opportunity information in the CRM
• assist with awards, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events
• review materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand alignment.
