Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Asset Manager supports the life-cycle management and reporting of data center assets. The role prepares asset-level budgets and forecasts, evaluates business and renewal opportunities, and analyzes property and market information to support profitability and customer service.

What you'll do

• Assist with asset-level revenue, operating expense, and capital expenditure budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A
• provide executive reporting on asset performance and update forecasts
• target and evaluate new business and renewal opportunities against investment criteria
• analyze tenants and leases, operating and financial statements, market and competitive position, and other property-level factors
• make well-reasoned recommendations to senior management.
