The Core Crew – Front Desk and Sales role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT; compensation is $14 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. The team member welcomes clients, handles account and class-scheduling requests, shares information about studio offers, supports sales follow-up, and assists with daily studio operations to help create a positive client experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome and connect with clients
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
